What to expect

Feeling the need to take some time for you to reset your mind & body ready for the weekend? You've landed in the right space! This class is designed to suit you and your energy on the day, my style of teaching works intuitively and creatively allowing you to express yourself in a way that works for you. I will offer guided prompts to assist you on the mat, focussing on body alignment - anchoring through the feet, hands and core to help you build foundations towards a stronger practice. This class will offer a blend of creative movement to beautiful music, combining a mixture of slow flow yoga (inspired by my vinyasa training) and yin style postures, guided slowly and safely to bring your body into a more conscientious state. All classes start with grounding on the mat, before finding a gentle flow to music, closing with a guided relaxation. Suitable for all, beginners welcome (although little yoga experience will help!)
