A tailored plan just for you

Personalised and tailored lesson plans to suit your own body and its needs. I will work with you to specialise a plan to work for you, I will look into your daily lifestyle, routines and schedule to see how we can work together to build strength, stability and serenity. Ideally regular weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks to start seeing and feeling benefits that you can then incorporate into your daily life. I have ashtanga and vinyasa teaching experience + ayurvedic yoga massage level 1&2, bodywork experience that compliments yoga teaching. 


Relevant specialisations: 

A specific focus on stress & anxiety soothing techniques, strength & rehabilitation, strength & fitness. After experiencing burnout and long covid I focus specifically on guided visualisations and relaxations to aid with sleep, fatigue, reduce stress and to help manage anxiety. I combine mediations/relaxations followed by dynamic strong and slow flow (faster and stronger flow can be offered if requested). We can work together to build upon any/no experience - working towards learning Sun salutation A/B, specific asana's (with modifications for contraindications) and sequencing for you to practice at home. 


My teaching is usually offered to music to suit the practice however no music can be requested. 


If you are local to Stroud we can work in person at the studio or we can work remotely on zoom.
